Video: The Art of Diamond Grading at IGI

Since the 15th century the diamond ring has been the celebrated symbol of faithfulness, love and commitment. Starting in 1975, when IGI was first established in Antwerp, the world capital of diamonds, we have analyzed countless gemstones with meticulous care – as we recognize and respect the emotional importance each diamond we grade may have as it moves on to become someone’s cherished forever-treasure.

We hope you enjoy this short video showcasing the various stages of analysis, grading and teaching at the International Gemological Institute.
