Launched: New Mandalorian-Themed Jewelry

Last November Kay Jewelers introduced us to a sparkling sterling silver version of “The Child” from the hit Star Wars series, The Mandalorian. Previously referred to as “Baby Yoda,” this 2020 version of Grogu arrived with creative packaging, transporting us from the pandemic to a galaxy far, far away.

May the ‘forge’ be with you

The jewelers at Kay have now forged six additional pieces commemorating The Mandalorian and its popular characters and icons.

The Bounty Hunter – Necklace

The Mandalorian necklace is made from sterling silver and uses black rhodium and round diamonds to resemble the Mandalorian visor. Like The Child, the piece has a total diamond weight of 0.10 carats and an 18-inch chain.

The Bounty Hunter – Ring

The sterling silver Mandalorian ring features 0.20 carats of black diamonds and black rhodium set in a T-shape to resemble the Mandalorian visor. The black diamonds have been treated to intensify their black color.

The Ahsoka Tano necklace is made from sterling silver. Designed to resemble the alien’s warrior’s horns and head-tails, it’s set with 0.10 carats of round brilliant diamonds along with 10k yellow gold accents, suspended by an 18-inch chain.

Grogu Pendant

The Child is once again celebrated in these new pieces, this time fashioned as Grogu, seated in his egg-shaped Hover Pram. The sterling silver pendant features 0.10 carats of round brilliant diamonds as well as green tourmalines, and 10k yellow gold accents and is accompanied by an 18 inch chain.

I find creative jewelry design most enjoyable when it’s affordable. These Kay collection pieces are priced between $300-500 and come in the Star Wars branded box which emits eerie-blue light from a galaxy far, far away.

Speaking as a Star Wars fanatic: “This is the way” to potentially delight that science-fiction lover in your life (see what I did there?).
