IGI Congratulates Haniyeh Mohsenizadeh
Haniyeh is a 2021 IGI Expressions™ Jewelry Design Competition Champion, honored for her Sketch Design in the Cocktail Jewelry category.
Participants in this category were invited to submit a stylish piece of jewelry designed to attract attention with its size and colors – a perfect accessory for a cocktail party or a glamourous event.

Haniyeh Mohsenizadeh
Haniyeh Mohsenizadeh was born in Bushehr, Iran, in 1993. An enthusiastic participant in art subjects and design from an early age, she enrolled in art school as a youth to learn graphic design and carried those studies forward into university. Haniyeh’s passion and skill started earning attention, recognition, and awards while she was a student. Her jewelry design career began while she was still at university and has never stopped.
Primarily inspired by nature and Iranian culture, Haniyeh’s works have been honored in national and international competitions and exhibitions alike. Now instructing at the university level while collaborating with manufactures and jewelry brands around the world, Haniyeh is considered one of Iran’s top jewelry designers.

The winning designs were selected by a panel of renowned jewelry and fashion industry experts including Italy’s Paolo De Luca, India’s Pallavi Foley, David Gotlib from Belgium, Ashraf Motiwala from India, England’s Katerina Perez and Veronique Tournet from France. Selected from 555 submissions representing 21 countries, this year’s creative works were all designed as interpretations of the word “dream,” the competition’s theme. IGI thanks our esteemed jurists for sharing their time and expertise and advocating for jewelry design.
Dreams become reality.
The six winning designs were featured at the Premium D Show in Goa, India. The winning participants receive an competition Champion Certificate, Champion Award, and small cash honorarium. Those artists and their creations are receiving further exposure here, in IGI’s pan-Indian ORIGIN Magazine and across the institute’s various worldwide social channels.
