Love is a Mystery – Your Diamond Shouldn’t Be

The campaign’s theme involves removing the ambiguity from gift-giving by presenting an engagement ring that was examined and graded by the top industry experts at IGI.

As explained by IGI CEO Roland Lorie:

Engagement rings are one of the most sentimental jewelry items in our industry, and it is of the utmost importance that consumers feel confident that their diamonds are certified and graded accurately, a service IGI provides.

45 Years of Consumer Protection

As modern technology evolves, permitting more sophisticated treatments, enhancements and laboratory-growth, having a trustworthy resource for full verification of fine jewelry is more important now, than ever. IGI has provided this confidence to consumers for more than 45 years by fully analyzing and grading finished jewelry items, in addition to loose gemstones, natural and lab grown diamonds.

North American President Avi Levy reiterated IGI’s ongoing commitment to this mission:

Shoppers view the Institute as a trustworthy resource for full verification of their fine jewelry purchases. At IGI, we do not take this responsibility lightly and look forward to continuing to be a reliable partner for shoppers across the globe.

#IGIConfident

The Valentine’s Day Giveaway follows a IGI’s December “Shop with Confidence” giveaway which reached over 72,000 consumers. Unveiled on the famous NASDAQ billboard in Times Square, shoppers were encouraged to insist on IGI diamond & Jewelry grading reports when making last year’s holiday purchases. An average of 10,000 pieces of IGI certified jewelry were purchased per day by consumers in 2020, underscoring the importance of IGI’s role in consumer protection.
