A diamond’s color appearance is caused by chemicals present in the earth where the diamond formed. Diamonds with slight yellow or brown tint are graded on the normal scale. Other colors and stronger yellow or brown are fancy-colored diamonds, graded on a different scale. This eLearning course teaches core gemological education while emphasizing information buyers and sellers find most relevant at point of sale.
